Purchases, Discount Codes, Shipping, Returns, Cancellations


All purchases are processed through Paypal. You do Not need a Paypal account you can pay with your credit card and Paypal will simply be the processor.

Any Cancelled Orders prior to shipping will incur a 20% Cancellation Fee which will be deducted from refund. After an order ships it cannot be cancelled.


Due to the number of discount codes we have active at any given time Only One Discount Code may be applied to each order.


We ship items within 7 - 10 Business days after receipt of cleared payment. You will receive an email with shipping tracking number. If you require a  Signature for acceptance of your package please include that information in your order. NOTE* We are Not responsible for packages after they have shipped.



Any item which is not a custom order item may be returned for Any reason within 14 days of delivery (per tracking), for a refund less 20% restocking fee. We  do not refund shipping. Return shipping is Buyers responsibility. Item must be returned in same condition it was shipped. Refund will be made in same method it was paid after it is received and determined it is in same condition as when shipped.

Damaged in Transit - If your package arrives damaged and your item is damaged as a result contact us immediately (within 24hrs of delivery), you must keep All original packaging and damaged item. Pictures of the damaged item and packaging will be required. We will assist you on filing a Postal Claim.

Defective item - If you receive a defective item contact us immediately, within 24hrs of delivery of item for a return authorization. You will be responsible for return shipping until we receive the item back, at which time if it is determined to be defective we will refund cost of the item and return shipping cost.
